The Asian SESAMES Award aims to reward the best innovative technological application developed for the Asian Pacific market in the field of smart cards, digital security, identification, secure transactions, and contactless. The competition is open to all companies operating in the sector and the jury is composed by experts from the industry.

This contest is a unique opportunity for candidates to showcase their energy and their achievements to professionals and journalists from the region, all on the lookout for new products in this market.

Selected by a panel of experts, the winner Asian SESAMES Award will be presented on Wednesday 28 March during the Asian SESAMES Ceremony at the AsiaWorld-Expo!

The Asian SESAMES Winner is:

Gemalto Smart Badge Holder (SBH) – The wireless corporate badge reader solution for enterprise applications.
SBH is an intelligent electronic badge holder based on Bluetooth medium distance wireless technology. It is particularly relevant for corporate applications where the corporate badge is used for logical access on small devices such as Smartphones that can’t accommodate standard card readers.
