Booking and Cancellation Rules

- In order to receive the Special Event rate, you must make your room reservation on or before 27 Feb, 2012

- Please note a "no show" charge of the first night room rental will be automatically charged to guest's credit card, should the guest fail to arrive on the confirmed arrival date.

- Please note a "no show" charge of the entire period will be automatically charged to guest's credit card, should the guest fail to arrive for entire period.

- Any cancellation made after 27 Feb, 2012 will be subject to one night room charge per room cancelled.

- Room amendment is required before 12noon (HK Time) 7days prior to the scheduled arrival date,otherwise guests will be charged for whole period.
