GENERAL CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION:
Change: If you wish to change day(s), you will have to notify it to EXPOSIUM in writing (by e-mail or fax or mail) by March 10th, 2010.
Replacement: The registration is personal and cannot be transmitted to anyone else. However, the delegate who would like to be replaced will have to notify it to EXPOSIUM in writing (by e-mail or fax or mail) and pass on the name of the person of his company substituting for him so that EXPOSIUM can establish him a badge in his name. The change of delegate will necessarily have to intervene before the withdrawal of the badge by the initially registered delegate.
Cancellation: A charge of 20% of the order total fee will be retained to cover administration expenses for cancellations received in writing (by Recorded Letter with Advice of Delivery) before February 22nd, 2010. After this date, any cancelled order is payable in full.
EXPOSIUM reserves the right to cancel or to modify the program of the conferences without its responsibility engaged.
Conferences proceedings: EXPOSIUM declines any responsibility as regards to the content and the editorial of the conference proceedings handed by the speakers.
Disputes: In case of disputes which would not have been able to be amicably adjusted, the French law is applicable and the courts of EXPOSIUM’s head office will only be competent.
